At Editora Sextante, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged merchandise.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
